Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Sahara Desert

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Abdel-Latif's. He is a very nice, attentive host, with whom communication was excellent and exchanges of high quality. We will keep an excellent memory of our stay in his accommodation, tastefully decorated and always cool, which was very appreciable in 36 degrees outside. His advice, his dedication, as well as the superb outing he offered us and with which he accompanied us in a magnificent valley ending in a cirque, will remain a very good memory. We highly recommend this host and his accommodation, ideally located in the heart of Taroudant, and thank him for his help at all levels. If we were to come back to Taroudant, we wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay with Abdel-Latif again.

We spent 4 days at the Riad. Rachid, Mou and Youssef hosted us very well. Rachid was able to recommend fabulous places and even took care of booking for us. We also thank Samira and her delicious and varied breakfasts: fruit, homemade yogurt, local breads and pastries, eggs, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, etc. The Riad and the rooms are beautiful, identical to the photos. It is located a stone's throw from the Place des Ferblantiers and between 5 and 10 minutes from the Place Jeema el Fna. We'll be back. 😊

A very nice stay in Essaouira! The house is well located with a splendid view of the sea. Everything is well-equipped, clean, and thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, towels and linens are really appreciated. I would highly recommend it and would happily come back. Thank you Lou!

We had a lovely one night stay here. You will enjoy a quiet yet peaceful surrounding on this beautiful island. The host is veru warm-hearted. Our family truly felt welcomed!

Near the road but at the foot of the dunes. A beautiful pool. A very good welcome, the rooms and the well appointed and clean spaces. Good food that differs a little from everyday tagine. It's possible to book a night in the desert. Be made clear if there are musicians. I highly recommend the shepherd's kasbah

Our stay at Nadine‘s place was absolutely lovely! The beautiful terrace is located in a local neighborhood and is close to the beach, which we enjoyed very much. The check-in and out was very easy and Ivy made sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole time! I can only recommend!

Faysal’s place was super clean and very beautiful. Loved all the details of the place. Faysal was super communicative + checking in was easy - he made sure to greet us in person and walk us around to see the rooftop. He was also super helpful by setting up transportation to the airport and hot air balloon excursion for us! The local cat Juliette is the sweetest too, definitely made the stay so memorable!

Our stay at Dar Drissi was amazing. The host was accommodating and very helpful. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Would stay here again!

This riad is in a perfect location, slightly up from the village (10min walk), with beautiful mountain views and walking distance from a waterfall (20-30min walk). Ahssine was super accommodating with our same day request for booking a room. We had everything we needed and more, with the bonus of cute Moroccan decorations in the room, amazing private balcony with mountain view, and delicious food both for breakfast and for dinner. I highly recommend this riad and would stay here again! many thanks 🙏🏻

We had a great time at Riad Puchka. Our hosts were very responsive, always attentive to our requests and gave good advice. The breakfast offered was very generous and far exceeded our expectations. At first glance the neighborhood may seem a little scary, but wrongly so because we always felt safe. Just bring an eye mask if the early morning light bothers you. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it!!

I would say that they were the best couple of days I have ever had in my life. The place decoration took me back to a fairy tale era . It combines the simplicity with the essentiality . The people we met in the place starting from Mamdouh himself , Mimi , Nour to the lovely staff were so humble and kind , with a great hospitality . Not to mention the food, it was so tasty and has so much variety I would 100 % recommend it for anyone wants to escape the city’s craziness and recharge his batteries with some fresh air . Ives and his wife Julie are super nice hosts. Always courteous, very friendly and always helpful. They are always nearby and you can contact them if you have any questions. They give you great tips for staying in Madeira :) The room is great, as well as the location and the pool. Breakfast is prepared with a lot of love and the cereal in the morning is homemade. Even the yogurt was made especially for us. We felt totally comfortable and would gladly come back.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Lumir. It was beautifully decorated and served as a great home base for exploring Essaouria. Mitsou was a kind host and we appreciated her local recommendations.

Alessandro was very friendly. The place was really cozy. The complex is very beautiful. Surprisingly there was amazing area to chill next to swimming pool. Overall we were very happy. It’s worth to stay in Arona to explore local pretty neighbourhood.

The riad is in a great location for visiting the must-sees of Marrakech. Our hosts were very responsive by messaging, phone and on site as well. Lots of very useful tips, very warm welcome. The air-conditioned room was perfect with the high temperatures of this June and the terrace was appreciated. Everything was perfect for our 1st visit to Marrakech! We recommend this riad.

Even though it was a little hard to find we truly enjoyed our stay in the guesthouse. It is cozy and calm.

I cannot give this team enough praise. Property manager Abdo and cook/maid Naima are an excellent team…helpful, communicative and kind. The team arranged the transfer from the airport for a fee and Abdo met us as the home. The location is perfect…in the middle of the Medina but quiet. The design was excellent…high quality European design with gorgeous colors, fabrics and furnishings. The unit has a hammam and massage table on bottom level…incredible…and the team will arrange for your spa treatments! The rooftop pool and deck were a joy to experience the calls to prayer and sunset views over the Medina. Indeed, coming home to this unit was the highlight of the visit to Marrakesh. Thank you for the memories!

Alyson's place was everything we could have hoped for during our time in Marrakesh! Despite being right in the middle of the medina, it was very quiet and felt like an oasis from everything happening outside. Everyone who worked there was lovely and made us feel so welcome to be there. We especially loved the beautiful rooftop terrace and the breakfast every morning. Of note, the ground floor room does not have much of a sound barrier from the courtyard, but for what we wanted out of our stay that wasn't too much of an issue. Overall, a great experience!

I've been to Bayt Yakan for the third time now – and every time it feels a bit more like a home away from home. The property is located in the middle of the old town of Cairo in a beautiful, traditional house that has been restored with so much attention to detail. You can literally feel the history and at the same time the comfort you want on a trip. What makes Bayt Yakan special for me is the atmosphere: warm, cordial, authentic. The team is incredibly hospitable – you are not only hosted, but really welcomed. Breakfast is a highlight every time – fresh, varied and typically Egyptian. This time I even had the opportunity to have dinner there, with traditional, homemade food that was not only delicious, but also a real cultural experience. Whenever I travel to Cairo, there is no other place I want to stay.

Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

We stayed one night at the riad, when we arrived in Marrakech. The taxi booked by the Riad left us near the property, then the manager picked us up. Convenient when you don't have internet/SIM card.
