It was an amazing stay! Alan made sure we got settled in comfortably. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations where to find food. He also let me borrow his fan to sleep because I can not sleep with out a fan and he checked in while we were there making sure we were having a Great Time! The place is in a perfect spot and offered everything and more to make our stay PERFECT!! I am ready to go back already!! Thank you all for making this vacation the best it could be!!!

Beautiful place, in a very quiet area, walking distance from the beach, lake and marina. Everything as described, great place to relax with the family.

The apartment is very clean and fit 6 of us. We stayed for one night but could see us staying there longer if we needed to. Karina is very responsive and kind. We had a spill and she was very understanding that accidents happen.

This listing is very clean, easy to find, in a great area, lots of windows with natural sunlight and breeze, hosts are very responsive and friendly, bathroom very clean, mini kitchenette with good size mini fridge with freezer. Seamless check in, all made very easy. The parking space was right beside the staircase to the unit as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place - in line with the description. Having a parking spot secured is a big plus. The flat by itself is very nice and well equipped..nothing is missing to have a pleasant stay. Plublic Transportation is at the corner of the bloc - will get you to Santa Monica pier in roughly 30mn. Then from there - metro rail is available to get you anywhere in LA Overall I recommend this place - and furthermore Alisa has been great to communicate with.

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. TV options were great for relaxing at night. Mark was very helpful and responded very rapidly to any questions we had. having a designated parking spot was amazing. would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely studio apartment conveniently located just a short walk from the water. In fact, everything was within walking distance! In the future, whenever we stay in Long Beach, we will be checking for availability here first. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. The bed was super comfy, too! I drank my morning coffee on the balcony and just enjoyed the view. The building felt very secure. The clearly detailed instructions Nico provided made the check-in process stress free. And, when we did have any questions, Nico was very attentive and always responded within minutes. We had no issues with the parking garage and were confident our vehicle was in a safe location. Ultimately, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed under the Airbnb umbrella.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Excellent property with excellent owners - we stayed for a couple of days during our son’s Pepperdine graduation and the property met our needs. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Amazing ocean views. Very clean. Strong communication. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Yese’s apartment in Marina Del Rey! Exactly what we needed to end our trip to the US and in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

Pros: the place is very conveniently located, linens on the bed were so soft and comfortable. Kitchen had great appliances and amenities. Pool is heated and quite pleasant. Can walk to the Malibu Pier. Cons: beach felt isolated from the “action”, but for some this would be a positive since it’s pretty private. Biggest issue was cell service. Not home owners fault, but I have Verizon and had no service while in the condo. Like, no bars / SOS message. And then when I left the condo and went to the pool I had no WiFi or cell service. Not a huge deal but a minor inconvenience worth pointing out.

We stayed here for my husbands birthday and it was absolutely beautiful! We loved the pool and hot tub and the gardens were stunning! Additionally our hosts messaged us with lots of ideas throughout our stay. Highly recommend and definitely plan on returning!!

Family get away with our adult “kids”. Perfect spot to enjoy the beach, close surf spots and walkable to local eateries. Pool and hot tub are a great add! Just the right place for us!

Dianna’s place was perfect for our visit to Santa Monica . It’s a beautiful studio close to the pier and surrounding downtown Santa Monica . Small and cozy would stay again .

Allison is a great host. We absolutely loved this place. It’s a nice and cozy sixth-floor apartment right on the beach. Wake up in the morning and see the pier. Open up a window and enjoy the sound of the surf. It’s just a short walk from the pier and several restaurants. You can rent bikes right there and cruise the board. Returning here is definitely on my list. I can’t think of a better location for a stay in Santa Monica.

We had a great, relaxing stay in Monaka's home. The unit was exactly as pictured, very clean, and stocked with everything we would need. The location is excellent, steps from the beach and walking distance to cafes and eateries. Finally, the communication with the hosts was excellent, and both check in and check out were very clear.

Ellie’s place is fantastic. Love the cozy space… Bougie Beach House the house is squeaky clean from linens to bath towels, kitchen etc. I found Ellie to be very flexible and easy to work with. The house is steps from the beach. We didn’t need to use the air with the wonderful beach breeze & it was so nice hearing the waves roll all day and night. A great stay!

Absolutely incredible place. 2 bedroom. 1.5 bath. Foam mattress beds. EXTREMELY well equipped. Lots of towels, pillows, dishes, plates, and lots of items for children. Every kitchen utensil you could think of. Everything is brand new and spotlessly cleaned. Beautiful decorations, pillows, great lighting. Modern appliances and furniture. Location is incredible, Extremely walkable. And a dedicated parking space which is a must in Santa Monica. Jennifer is a fantastic host and very responsive. I left something by accident and she helped to hold it to get it back to me days later. Easy codes to get in and out. You really can’t find better than this in Santa Monica. I would book again here in an instant.

We were visiting for work and play. Raha's space is beautifully decorated and had all the kitchen amenities needed to eat some meals in. We were very comfortable and would come back again!

Incredible stay! This was our first Airbnb and I was nervous, but Mike and Jonina were very responsive and answered all my questions very promptly. Co-Host Jonina was so kind, helpful, and a great communicator. The unit, building, and location are amazing and convenient. And we felt completely safe. The unit was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the pictures. Bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful and spacious. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, and it was so amazing to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves. We stocked up on snacks at Whole Foods down the road, shopped, dined at Malibu Farm and Nobu, walked the beaches, and my daughter took surf lessons. The pool and hot tub were so nice to have to relax in at the end of the day. It was an amazing stay, and we plan to book this place again. We absolutely loved staying here and can't wait to come back.
