A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

Thompson's Point Studio

Our charming studio apartment in the Libbytown neighborhood is walking distance to Thompson's Point & Amtrak (15 minutes!) and the trendy West End, while still being quiet and secluded. Enjoy a concert or Portland's famous restaurant scene and come home to a memory foam bed and all the little essentials like a white noise machine and a bar kit for homemade cocktails. We have been hosts for 8 years near Acadia National Park and are so excited to share our new home of Portland with guests as well!

Brenda and Phil's Place

Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

Just down the road (5 minutes) to downtown Portland, Willard Beach, or Knightville, and 10-15 minutes to Scarborough and Cape Elizabeth beaches.

There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.

This basement unit has 2 bedrooms, a living/kitchen area, & bathroom with a front patio area. Gas grill and picnic table in the patio area for the family to enjoy meals together. There is a community washer/dryer in the building. The beach is 90' from your door. Amusement parks, restaurants, shopping, water parks, and of course...The famous Old Orchard Beach pier are all within 10 min walk to 10 min drive!
