Home is equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a coffee station to start your day. Private parking located in rear of home. Just two blocks from downtown and a 10 plus mile paved walking/bicycle path in back yard. Few minutes drive to World Equestrian and located within a hour drive to several major cities.

Country Relaxation

Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People). The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit. We love hosting families. If you are traveling with your kiddos, we don't charge extra for children 16 and under. We are a pet free rental.
