There is a functional kitchen with basic condiments, and a spacious living area. Wifi is via Starlink. A standby generator is available for power outages (not for ACs). Trees surround the compound and there is lots of natural light and fresh air. Booked guests can use the resort's pool and amenities. Pets allowed (with requirements).

Family Room in Sabang, Baler

We celebrated my hubby’s birthday with our 7 kids in Baler and Gelo is very understanding and make reco’s for place to go, and things to do. His team are very accomodating and helpful to our needs in the stay… We requested tv and table, they found a way to grant our request. Even there are elec fail their backup genset is always ready. I love how accessible beach, town, and atm’s from their place! Will surely go back to Baler 🥰

Just a bit of hiccup with the reservation since the room was double booked but they were able to communicate nicely and managed the situation. Appreciate how they listened to our concern and how smooth the transaction was. We loved the place, my family had a great time. Thank you!

I highly recommend, Ashtintin Beach House, Baler Aurora. This is the 3rd time I booked diwang room since April 2024 but the second one last October was cancelled because I was confined due to dengue virus. I keep coming back to their place due to the very accommodating host, Ms Amy and to her couple staff, Rean and Mike. They are so friendly, understanding and would help you with your needs. I am just happy we were able to use the pool now. My family enjoyed our 2 nights stay, April 19-21, 2025. Thank you so much guys! See yah soon.

This is a great quiet home away from the crowded tourist spots of Baler. The hosts are gracious and will take care of picking up and dropping you off. The house is spacious enough for friends and family and is a quick ride away from the beach. We will definitely go back here.

Staying with Tiara, Leroy, Gordy and the chickens was an absolutely amazing experience. The property is really beautiful and it imediately felt like home. Tiara was so nice showing me around and also the surf spots. We had also incredible walks with the dogs and also meeting the neighbors. I couldn't ask for more. Was just perfect.
