Great place to stay!

This place was more than we could have ever imagined. It was super clean and had amazing views. The 24 hour security was a huge plus for us. The mall was a 5 minute walk and many other places to walk to as well. I highly recommend staying here. It was very quiet, peaceful and we felt right at home. We will 100% will be coming back to this location very soon.

El lugar es hermoso tal como se ve en las fotos, me gustó mucho, el celador del edificio muy amable te ayuda a subir las maletas al ascensor y el anfitrión siempre pendiente.

Nous avons passer 3 mois dans cet appartement, c’était vraiment bien, les gardiens sont très agréable et serviable. Claudia est très réactif. L’appartement est prêt du métro Estrella à 5 minute à pied, et a 5 minutes à pied d’un centre commercial.

I had an excellent experience at Alberto's place. The place was cozy, comfortable and close to a mall and the metro. Uber and other food or ride apps can easily access the building which is on a main street. Also very peaceful and quiet.

This was one of my favorite airbnb to stay in medellin! The view was spectacular! Everything was clean and organized! I would def recommend this spot!

The apartment was amazing! The view from the balcony is one of the best since you can almost see the most of Medellin. The area is very dog friendly, a little hard to walk to parque Sabaneta and back due to the hills. But it’s still worth the stay! The lighting in this apartment is the best, very good mood lighting in every room and bathroom. Shower was very nice and warm. Looking forward to coming back

El apartamento es impecable, moderno y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia placentera. La ubicación en Sabaneta es perfecta: un barrio tranquilo, seguro y cerca de todo. Además, la vista desde el balcón es hermosa, ideal para relajarse después de un día explorando Medellín y sus alrededores. Juan fue un anfitrión excepcional, siempre atento a cualquier consulta y dispuesto a hacer que mi estadía fuera perfecta. Definitivamente volveré y lo recomiendo al 100%. ¡Gracias por todo, Juan!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant on site was convenient and the front desk folks were friendly and responsive. The location is great. One note though, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay this is not the property for you. You can hear the noise from other units traveling through the ventilation ducts and especially on weekends, people stay up very late partying listening to music. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and everything in the apartment worked as it should.

Beautiful location with amazing views of the city. Walking distance to Éxito supermarket and Viva shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. Would love to visit again.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Urban Studios is a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay — perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a stress-free base in this beautiful city.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Our host Laura provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home thank you Laura .

The place was very comfortable—great view, super secure area in a new building. It had two massive 70” TVs and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for rainy afternoons. Would recommend.

It was great to be welcomed on Hector's apartment. I had the whole apartment available for myself in a pretty nice area of the metropolitan area, with such wonderful views of the city and a beautiful place. I’m local from Medellin but after this I’m even thinking on buying an apartment for myself in this place, just great. I really thank to Hector and I hope to be back soon.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This is the perfect house, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the place is clean. The pool and Jacuzzi as well. The steam bath are perfect, the pool is always hot. It’s very rare to have a heated pool and it gets cold in Medellín. I highly recommend this place.

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!
