Vacation rentals with a patio in Sabaneta

This is perfect & very peaceful at night compared to the Pabado district. Close to every type of store & restaurants you might need. The host was super responsive & made us feel at home. We had a terrific stay here.

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Me fui enamorada de Sabaneta y Medellin, la ubicacion y lo tranquilo de la zona un 10/10, el depa super comodo , el anfitrion muy atento, solo como sugerencia mejoraria la cama ya que el descanso es prioridad y agregaria un microondas .

I Highly Recommend!!! I Been To Medellin A Few Times But This View Was Truly Amazing & One Of The Best. Overall The Apartment Is Beautiful and The TV Has To Be Like 80inches Wide! The Host Christian Was Very Responsive & Made My Stay A Breeze. The Security Was Very Nice & Helpful As Well. I Will Definitely Return. 5 Stars!

Beautiful place in a quiet and safe area Taxi and uber right in front of the door Metro station a few blocks away! Very safe! Security at the door 24hrs! Restaurants and supermarkets two blocks away! New building with new furniture! It was worth the money!!

Apartamento molto carino, panorama su Medellín. Único problema le pulizie non incluse extra in una durata prolungata, capisco che ognuno abbia le proprie regole però pagare per una pulizia extra in un soggiorno di una settimana mi sembra un po’ eccessivo. Tutto il resto ok, buon contatto con la reception e con l’host. Tutto sommato consigliato

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

El alojamiento estuvo excelente, daniel es excelente anfitrión, lo mejor de todo es el jacuzzi, las habitaciones son muy amplias y está cerca de todo, saludos.

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

Urban Studios is my favorite place to stay in Medellin! Restaurant, Gym, Pool, and Jacuzzi. All in your building! Jessica’s place was on the 17th floor and had a great view. The blinds are controlled with a remote. It has 2 big TVs. All the amenities that you need. The building security are also very friendly and kind. Will be back soon!
