Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

The process to actually get in was super easy, and the place was super clean. Yamaira left everything super accessible for us. One of the best parts was how centrally located it was close to restaurants, shops, and key attractions, making it super easy to go around and explore the city. Yamaira was also very responsive which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

very helpful and friendly owners , clean house , helpful things like blow dryer , beach towels , a steamer for clothes. has a smart tv in the living room. an ac unit in the bedroom. would definitely stay again if i visit.

This Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. We were welcomed with 2 little souvenirs which was so nice and welcoming. There was warm water our whole stay and the air conditioning was perfect. My partner and I felt safe at all times, especially with the few different locks and the private parking which was a plus!! This place is perfect for a little romantic getaway for couples. We stayed for 6 nights and we felt so at home and comfortable every time we got back from a long day of adventures. It was spotless and also provided soooo soo many amenities. The neighborhood was super quiet, safe, and friendly. Mayra was veryyy quick at responding and extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and also gave me recommendations for parking as I had the Rauw Alejandro concert to go to! Very thankful for that. This Airbnb is also so close to everything. Don’t hesitate- book now! My partner and I look forward to coming back! This was one of our favorite trips. This Airbnb is very special!

It was a lovely spot, and we had a wonderful stay. Kewin was incredibly accommodating with all our requests and made sure everything was perfect for us.

Great stay! Clean bedrooms, pool table is super fun, great value. Main bedroom is the only room that has a bathroom. We loved the backyard and the pool. Host had great communication and would replenish items that ran out or we needed. The only inconvenience was the location, not really walkable to anything but a short uber ride. Ubers would cancel a lot and had us waiting a while maybe because of the location not sure. Other than that we appreciated this airbnb !

This is a real raw review I love the fact that the host was very responsive and very much attentive. The location is very private which I loved. The location had plenty of room as well and very clean. I would stay here again and I’m very picky so that means a lot to me.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience! The property was beautiful and exactly like the photos. The pool was a major highlight—with a waterfall feature and lights that made it feel extra special at night. The outdoor area overall was spacious, stylish, and perfect for hanging out or taking great photos. The hosts were also very communicative, checking in to make sure everything was going well during my stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and smooth experience. Beautiful 3 bedroom home with living room, large kitchen, and backyard. Really decorated beautifully and the host Adis was helpful and did a great job. Very welcoming.

Our stay was wonderful, thanks in large part to Rocky's exceptional hospitality. Communication was a breeze, and he was always readily available to assist. Rocky truly went above and beyond, even purchasing a large pot specifically for our group of 20 and handling all our housekeeping requests with impressive efficiency. The property itself boasts beautiful views and fantastic outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We felt very secure in the safe community, and appreciated the ample parking and easy access to Walmart and Walgreens. A small note for future guests: please be mindful of uneven surfaces on the second level. For those with mobility concerns, the ground level apartments are more suitable for elderly persons. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was a great option for a family with teenagers. Safe location so they could go to pools on their own or parents could leave them in the condo for a little adult time on the beach. Not a walkable neighborhood, but great location for taking day trips to other beaches or other sites. Condo unit had extras like sports equipment and beach gear. We really enjoyed our stay there with our kids.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!
