Loft vacation rentals in Saavedra

Location is amazing. Close to everything. Not bothered by the train. Love the big tree lined streets. Not crowded with tourists so very relaxing and felt like home. Awesome parks close by for kids to run around and play. Nicely equipped unit. Very clean. Mila is very attentive and quick to respond. Very hospitable. Definitely recommend staying here.

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

I think I read another review before booking this place that said something like "if you're considering booking this place and it's available, stop considering and just book it now", and I'm inclined to agree. The space itself is beautiful and very much as advertised, and the art on the walls + books in English, Spanish, and French on any and all topics were really nice touches. The loft is on a pretty quiet side street that feels very safe, right above a cute little cafe with a patio on the street, and it's a very short walk to lots of parks/restaurants/galleries/bars/etc. or maybe an hour walk to the heart of downtown or 15ish minutes to the Scalabrini subte station. Just be prepared for lots of stairs, and if the plumbing is ever a little finicky remember that is true basically everywhere you go in Buenos Aires.

Very nice stay, the apartment is as shown in the photos. Located in an easily accessible area, with dining options for all tastes. Hosts are always available to resolve concerns. Highly recommended.

Pablo's place is located in front of the Armenians Inmigrantes Square with a dozen of restaurants around. It's walkable to public transportation and many places to drink and eat. It has a lot of space to cook, chill and I even used as a Home Office during my visit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, Aircon and fast internet. The communication with Pablo was great even we did a last minute reservation.

Sofi and Juan were amazing hosts, and their place truly felt like the perfect place to spend a month. They were responsive when I needed to chat with them. The apartment was so cozy and quiet and I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. Thank you for being such great hosts to me!!!

The apartment is comfortable for a couple. It has a very nice patio and the location is excellent.

Fernando's Place was perfect, conveniently located in a great bulding complex with several amenities, and walking distance from many BA attractions, communication was great , always proactive and very responsive, greatly recommended, Cesar and Kathy

I had a perfect stay in this unique lofted apartment. Located on the 14th floor of a big building, it features a cozy living room, a small but functional kitchen, and a charming balcony on the first level. Upstairs, there's a lofted bedroom with a small desk and a bathroom. The apartment's style is beautiful, and the views of the city are stunning, with plenty of natural light. Even though I only stayed for two nights, it was an amazing experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Everything is great! The room is wonderful, very nice bed, great! Everything as described in the listing, great location, very safe and beautiful, the hostess is very kind and dear. I'll definitely be back more often! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience in Buenos Aires!

We stayed here with Matias 2 years ago in April 2022. We had a great experience then and it was just as amazing this time. Right in the middle of Recoleta, it is a great location. Matias is very responsive. Highly recommend staying here (or any of his other apartments in this building)

Our stay at Juan's loft in Núñez was excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. The place has a modern and cozy touch, with minimalist decor that highlights the spaciousness of the space. The natural light that enters through the huge windows is spectacular and gives the atmosphere a unique warmth throughout the day. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and pleasant to walk, with good cafes and services nearby, as well as being well connected to the rest of the city. Juan was an attentive host from the start, always available and with very good recommendations. It is evident that they care about providing a comfortable and quality experience. Ideal for resting, working or just enjoying a few days in Buenos Aires. We recommend this loft without hesitation and look forward to coming back soon.

It was the second time I stayed at Raquel's place, especially for the service she offers and the space and location, which has everything a person needs: public transportation, restaurants (including vegan/vegetarian), markets, pharmacies, theaters.....whenever I can, I will stay here again, highly recommended.

Pao is an excellent host from start to finish, she responds quickly, is welcoming and very kind. As an extra, she gives you recommendations to the letter so you can visit places if you ask her. She was a fundamental part of our experience in B.A. Her loft is very conveniently located, it is very comfortable, close to many places to visit, eat delicious food and have a good time. I would definitely go back to the same place!

I liked the depto, it is a quiet place to work or rest, the location is good nearby you can find supermarkets and parks to visit, the sector is safe and easily accessible to take a bus or Subte, the only thing that does not have is a TV but good I found many tourism activities to do in Buenos Aires so it was not necessary, but overall it is very good.

Very nice place . Best location with a lot of stores and restaurants. Face to a small park and they have weekend market for the locals . Very very cute . The landlord lady is very friendly and helpful too , highly recommend !

Great appartment to stay! With 4-5meters high ceiling the place feels spacious. Located on a street packed with great restaurants.

It’s a cozy flat with a big terrace and a grill on the 8th floor of a nice building on a very homely neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Lots of places to buy fresh bread around and only about 700 meters to Cabildo and about 2km away from Chinatown. Place is awesome. I’d definitely return.
