Property is located 2km from the mainroad E75, only 12km from Saariselkä ski resort and 39km from the Ivalo Airport. Place is really easy to reach.

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

The villa is modern and spacious holiday villa for eight people. It is located in Saariselkä by the slopes, ski trails and shops. The villa features three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with windows offering beautiful views of the surrounding nature. There is a sauna, an outdoor jaccuzzi and an electric car charging station in the villa. A ski trail goes right by the villa and the Kaunispää sled hill is a 100m away! Savu has also an exotic smoke sauna in the same building what you can also rent for an extra fee. Hot tube is also possible to rent. Ice swimming is possible as well.

Asunnon varusteluun kuuluvat mm astian- ja pyykinpesukone, ulkovaatteiden kuivauskaappi, liesi, uuni, täydelliset astiastot ja laadukkaat ruuanlaittovälineet. Parvelta löytyvät mm televisiot, bluetooth kaiutin. Sijainti on rauhallinen ja auton saa asunnon viereen.

Mökin pihassa on ilmainen parkkialue sekä lämpötolppa. Ulkoiluvälineille on pieni varasto.
