Spacious and comfortable accommodation, quiet, well-equipped. On the other hand, be careful of the stairs that lead to the mezzanine bedroom, a little dangerous when going down especially!

Thomas' accommodation is very nice, bright, located in the heart of Metz with an incredible amount of restaurants around. 3-minute walk to the cathedral, and just over the esplanade. even with the noise from cafes and restaurants below, you are quiet with the windows closed. Recommended.

Very nice and well-equipped apartment. We enjoyed being able to watch a movie while relaxing in the hot tub!

We took a short vacation with our daughter and were looking for accommodation near Metz. We found it at Vincent's and recovered well there. Everything was available and so we could look at the surroundings. The apartment was beautiful and very quiet, although very centrally located. We will gladly come back!

We stayed in Niloufar's beautiful apartment for one night and felt incredibly comfortable right away. The private parking on the parking deck was only a few meters from the front door and at the welcome we were shown the apartment once. All the equipment is high quality and really sparkling clean - for cooking yourself, you will find every kitchen utensil you can use in the kitchen; but there were also restaurant recommendations! The apartment was stocked with snacks and fresh fruit and everything was available for coffee/tea in the morning. We would have liked to stay longer - so we will definitely be back!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. All the amenities provided made me feel right at home. The host was responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet close to great restaurants, shops. I especially appreciated the small touches, like the fresh coffee, extra towels, and fast Wi-Fi, which made a big difference. Whether you’re in town for a getaway, I highly recommend this place. Beautiful house in a very good location in a very quiet environment facing a stretch of meadows as far as the eye can see, very relaxing. Very large interior space, large TV, large sofa, very nice open kitchen; all useful products are present. The only negative points are the lack of a railing on the stairs, which are a little steep, the entrance of the vehicle on the very narrow driveway and the adjoining houses on both sides. Otherwise, I recommend it without a second thought, I'll definitely go back 🙂

The stay went very well. Everything was clean. The quality of the accommodation is great! The price is still correct.

We spent a wonderful and cozy New Year's Eve in the unique Charlet with nine people and three dogs. Right on arrival, we felt very comfortable. The fireplace was already lit, the kitchen had everything your heart desires and every morning there were croissants and baguettes ready for us in a small kiosk around the corner. We could let the dogs run without hesitation in the enclosed garden. There was also space for our four cars in the yard. Thank you for sharing this special charlet with others!

Tastefully renovated farm, a rustic and green setting, we had a lovely weekend with our friends. The 2 small children enjoyed the swings and the slide, the dogs were able to play in the garden (there were barriers available to block direct access to the road, but be careful however the garden is not fenced at the back). Access to this garden space is by exiting the house, but we passed a lot of things through the kitchen window, which is very convenient! The village is quiet, beautiful walks nearby. We had access to the family pool at Marie's house, 5-10 min walk. We found everything we needed in the house, which was clean and tidy when we arrived. Thank you for hosting us!

We have been to this beautiful house for our annual short cycling holiday. The house was spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort (in the kitchen everything is really available). Moreover, it was a environment for us to take our bike rides. Communication went very smoothly and was extremely friendly.

We were here with the dog over the weekend and felt very comfortable. It is a large, very quiet 1-room apartment, which is cozily furnished with an enchanted garden, see photos. Great as a starting point for hikes through the vineyards and forest. Kind regards to the lovely hosts.

Loved staying at Stéphanies places. Such a nice and welcoming host, really taking care of us. I think we got about 50 messages with hints, tips, things to do etc. She goes out of her length to make sure you are welcome. The apartment is really nice, even on hot days it stays cool within. She has a nice small garden which is really inviting to setup your chair and relax. On the inside the apartment is luxurious, has a great bed and fantastic shower :-) Great location to visit the nearby town of Metz, or even better: Visit Luxemburg! Loved it!

Thanks for the lovely stay with you. Loved it. The moon shone through the skylights on our bed... Worms and Mainz can be reached quickly via the highway, but you don't hear or see anything from the highway. Alzey has an interesting museum with finds from Roman times from the surrounding area. In Alzey we were Indian food, it was very nice. On the large construction area 2 kilometers away, work ends at 19:00. The pile foundation is almost ready and you won't hear from all the other construction machines here.

a very nice apartment with the highlight upstairs in the bedroom, the children liked it very much. to the sauna and pool a long walk, but the water was also ice cold.
