In a unique location on the southern slope of Piesendorf with breathtaking views of a magnificent mountain landscape lies the luxurious Chalet Sonnenheim. The hiking and biking trails start at the front door. The ski resorts of Zell am See, the Kaprun glacier (Oct. to May), Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Kitzbühel are within easy reach. Piesendorf itself also has a small ski resort. Ideal for sledding and for children. The golf courses of Zell am See, Mittersill and Saalfelden are also a short distance away.

It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there is plenty of sun all around and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as it is close to the main road (soundproofing windows available)

Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)
