Une maison très facile à vivre pour une famille, même avec des enfants en bas âge. Un cadre très reposant bercé par le clapot de la mer en bas de la propriété. De bons échanges avec Robert qui ont permis de bien préparer le séjour. Hors saison, se méfier de la fermeture de nombreux commerces et restaurants sur la côte. Mais on parvient à s'adapter

We had a wonderful stay! The place looks just like the pictures, with a great view that we never got tired of. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. The location is perfect for exploring the island. It is also walking distance to some good restaurants. The beach nearby (Cala Tirant) is a great beach with plenty of space for relaxing! We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Menorca!

Bell'appartamento, dotato di ogni confort, arredato con cura e gusto, cucina completa di tutto il necessario, elettrodomestici completi ( piano ad induzione, microonde, lavatrice e lavastoviglie), meraviglioso affaccio su un tratto splendido di costa, letto matrimoniale comodissimo, lettini con confort mediocre, biancheria abbondante. Pulitissimo. Consigliatissimo. Host molto disponibile.

Tastefully Restored House in Countryside with Pool

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans la maison de Ona, située dans un environnement calme et bucolique à 5 minutes en voiture du coeur de ville de Alaior, qui est très centrale sur l'île de Minorque et à 20 minutes de l'aéroport en voiture. La maison est atypique et pleine de charme, on s'y sent bien. Elle est très fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Il y a trois chambres avec un lit double ; l'une d'elles possède sa salle de douche/WC privée et on y accède en passant par l'extérieur de la maison. La maison est entourée d'un magnifique jardin plein d'oiseaux où se trouvent plusieurs terrasses et un patio, et également la piscine très agréable et un espace barbecue. La communication avec Ona a été très facile, tout comme l'arrivée et le départ sur les lieux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner dans la maison de Ona et la recommandons sans réserve.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Miguel. L’appartement est très bien situé et il est facile de se garer gratuitement. Il est propre et bien équipé. La piscine est très agréable. L’hôte est très réactif, nous les avons vu tous les jours. À l’écoute si besoins de conseil pour la visite de l’île. Je recommande à 100%!!!!

The stay at Mercedes' apartment in Arenal d'en Castell was very pleasant! The check-in and -out as well as the entire stay was smooth and Mercedes made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the things that you might need, including towels, sheets, broom, sponge, a lot of kitchen items, etc etc. This way our stay was made very easy. :) Note that the apartment is not equipped with an A/C, however the whole building is not heating up much, even at high temperatures outside. For us the temperature inside the flat was fine. There're plenty of restaurants, a doctor, a pharmacy and supermarkets nearby. The beach can be reached within 1 min by a little natural path or staircase. The beach and the entire bay is very beautiful and you cannot really get enough of this view! The surroundings give opportunities for hikes, which we really enjoyed. Summing up, the stay at Mercedes' apartment was great! We can recommend this experience very much!

La casa tal cual se describe en las fotos. La piscina estaba impecable. Matthieu muy amable, nos dejó hacer el check out tarde ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. La única pega, no había gel ni champú y tampoco papel higiénico para todos los días. Los utensilios de cocina y mobiliario de la casa un poco antiguos. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia!
