Monthly Rentals in Sa Foradada

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Mallorca with our 18 month old child. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The host and her husband were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, and the home itself had such an inviting feel and views. Each area and room felt part of a history film. Just beautiful! It was perfect for families, there were books, board games, a high chair, and even a fully equipped kitchen for the nights we chose to cook at home. The daily visits from the friendly cleaning lady kept everything spotless, which was such a treat! The location was ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 5 minute walk to great restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars. And the views were absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Mallorca!

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

We really loved this multi-layered villa. Steps and interesting alcoves with plants lead from the street down to the main level with a kitchen, sitting area and two bedrooms, down again to the two other bedrooms, and then down again to a sun deck with the jacuzzi. The sea is reachable by jumping in further down the cliff or via the restaurant just below (which is expensive but quite good.) The view is other worldly. If you book this place, load up with groceries and drinks at a big supermarket (unavailable in Deia) and then make your way to Cala Deia. The road down and parking for a large vehicle (for us a 9 seater van) is a bit too adventurous, but the villa and cove are absolutely worth it. The place is well appointed, apart from beds and pillows which are mediocre, but in total the owner’s family has really put together a unique, thoughtful, and inspiring place. Well done!

We arrived late & used Isabel's helpful directions to find the place. The charming stone house was cozy & had everything we needed: heaters, blankets, towels, cleaning supplies. 1st house with the kitchen, which was well-stocked. 3 bedrooms, 1 room having an outdoor window. A small bathroom with an ocean view from the toilet! The 2nd house with bathroom, a spacious indoor dining area, a beautiful outdoor terrace, which was the best part, with lovely view on lemon and orange trees & a barbecue & outdoor kitchen. The nearby café in Deia was amazing, had lovely food, an amazing team & child-friendly atmosphere. The path to the bay was picturesque, leading to a beautiful beach with two restaurants. Isabel was a wonderful host, quick to respond. The only downside was no parking on the property, resulting in a hit-and-run incident. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay!
