Awesome local coffee shop that sales their own Roasts! They have some really good coffee and close to historic downtown for walking around and seeing some cool sights. Really close to the children's museum.

They have some awesome vegetarian friendly Green Chili, veggie Tamales, and they are pretty eviro-friendly. They have a very unique space, cool music, and you are guaranteed to meet cool people hanging around, such as Tom the unofficial mayor of Pueblo. Look for the guy with the bike and beard!

If you are in a hurry and looking for a really good burrito, this is the place to go. The red and green sauce are both amazing and the prices are awesome. The highway is one block from the building if you are looking to save time.

Really cool views right by the river. You can see some amazing birds and raptors up close. You can take your bike to some really cool trails all the way up to Pueblo Resivour Lake. There is also a restaurant inside where you can get food and sit on the patio overlooking the river.
