I personally really like this shopping area because it's spacious and clean. If you go outside you can see the bay and walk to a few more shopping areas. At night it is also pretty to see the ferris wheel and other illuminations.

Food Scene
Goncha! It's a bubble tea (pearl milk tea) shop from Taiwan.
It's always bustling and really delicious!
If you like sweet things or tea I highly suggest Goncha (There is some in Tokyo as well which I can suggest as well)
