Whole day trip, water rafting, donnut floating, canon jumping, etc. Leave Managua early and get a guide as you will need the whole day. Or, you can sleep in Somoto and do some eco Tourism as well.

Nice new attraction, boarwalk next to the lake, restaurants, saovenirs, etc in Managua....you have to pay a little to get in but it is worth the trip.
