The tables are reserved for the groups which lunch or have dinner at mealtimes, otherwise this is the dreamed spot in the afternoon to read in peace. To been there you must pass by a certain maze of side streets, and it's for the best!. Few cars venture so high on the mound, and the pedestrian small place behind with attractive trees gives him a village air. We come to taste fresh beers or a very fresh bottle of rosé.

About 95 shows are programmed each season by Gérard Violette, director of the Théâtre de la Ville, in these two theatre, which boosts a rise of the contemporary national and international creativity. Drama, dance, music, and world music make this theatre an gateway to the world from the heart of the Abbesses.

Style : Romano-Byzantine In contrast to the Gothic churches of the Middle Ages like Notre-Dame de Paris (1163-1240), the style is inspired by churches such as Saint Sofia in Constantinople and San Marco in Venice. The Basilica is open to all for sightseeing and prayer every day from 6 am to 10.30 pm. After 11 pm only persons registered for night adoration may remain in the Basilica.
