The chicken here is delicious!! It is a world famous Portuguese chain restaurant serving flame-grilled chicken in spicy sauces. I would recommend calling ahead if you are picking up, or be patient if you are going to dine in at dinner time. Usually for pick up its about 30 to 40 minutes. The corn on the cob is seasonal and offered as a side, they grill the corn and add spices, highly recommended if you go when its in season. The peri peri fries are also yummy. You select how hot you want your chicken. The PERI-ometer: Extra Hot Hot Medium Lemon & Herb Plain ... ish They have individual meals, family meals, sharable platter, and kids meals Sunday open till 10PM Monday to Thursday open till 11PM Friday & Saturday open till Midnight www.nandos.ca 905 840-3300

Sonny Drive-In offers fast food. They have fresh-cut fries, burgers and more. This is one of Brampton's classic places to eat! They are open very late, no delivery just pick up. There are two picnic benches if you would like to eat there, but most eat in their cars or take out. They do not have a website. Caffe Demetre has several locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area. They offer yummy deserts! Great for after a movie or a dessert date. Entertainment & Activities

Canadas Wonderland is an entire day of fun for families, couples or even on your own. They have a kiddie zone, they have a water park you could spend the entire day just at the water park, most of the rides are included in admissions however there are others you can enjoy for an additional fee such as go karts, extreme sky flyer, laser tag, arcade and much more. I never leave the park without getting a funnel cake! A day at wonderland can add up to be a lot of money with admissions, wanting to play games, and maybe go on a ride not include in admissions. They do not allow outside food and drinks into the park, but you can pack a picnic. We do have coolers if you would like to borrow one. Keep your picnic in the car and when everyone gets hungry you can set up in the parking lot on the grass, they have a lot of areas to have a picnic and you will see plenty of families enjoying their meals and snacks from home. When you enter the park you get a stamp, you can also get re stamp when exiting, when your done your picnic its easy to get back in the park by just showing your stamp. In October the park has halloween haunt which turns some of the park areas in mazes and haunted houses for halloween. Check out their website for more information. September 24 and 25 2016 from noon to 8:00PM is the first ever Octoberfest happening in the park! 905 832 7000 canadaswonderland.com
