Things worth seeing close to the Loft

The loft is located in the upper beaches. It’s a 15 minute walk to the lake to the south with dining and shops. The 506 streetcar out front means you are only minutes from the culture and activity of the city centre. A few minutes West on the 506 streetcar is Little India (great place for some authentic Indian Food ( try Lahore Tikka House) A few minutes North (506 streetcar to Main station and 3 minutes West on the Danforth subway line is Greektown - (exit Pape station) (Try Athens Pastries for Spinach pie and Mezes for dining - or Christinas - they often have a belly dancer). Want to get right downtown to the club district? 506 streetcar east to Main station and Danforth subway line to Spadina station - then streetcar south to King for restaurants and clubs. You may also like the Ossington Street club district. And the Gay Village clubs/restaurants are located between Church and Jarvis south of Bloor. Find anything you love during your stay? Share it in the guest book in the loft so we can share your experience!
