Pitchers and Billards. This place is a true pirate bar that hasn't kept true to its roots throughout the years, it still has that classic Venice vibe. It does get packed in here so hit it up for happy hour for better chances of getting a game in.

Food Scene

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday are the best days to come here. On those mornings this bomb food truck called "the rooster truck' posts up in front of the place. Its owned and operated by a former Chopped and Cutthroat Kitchen contestant Rouha Sadighi. She cooks up the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. 'The Rico Suave' paired with a latte from BB is the way to go if you are looking for the a true Venice breakfast experience. 100%.

Jamaican-inspired restaurant serving all you can drink mimosas for brunch along with a jerk influenced menu. Sunny Spot is one of the many restaurants celebrity chef Roy Choi has around the city and the closest to our house. They have some really complex flavors that make for some really amazing dishes. Definitely one of our go to spots.

Definitely drop into salt and straw to get a scoop of one of my favorites from the classic flavors menu 'the stumpton coffee ice cream'. if you like coffee you will really dig this. they also have new flavors that drop every month. best time to go is early afternoon to about 4pm on weekdays. After that you are going to start to see the line go down the block and the wait usually turns into 45min-1hour.
