Food Scene

This is a fantastic local spot that's attached to a family run nursery (City Farmers). The food is fresh and delicious, seating is indoor and out, they have live music most evenings and during brunch plus a great selection of local beer on tap.

Situated in the San Diego Museum of Art, Panama 66 is owned by the same people that own Blind Lady Ale House and Tiger! Tiger! The food and drinks are always great, especially love the house-made charcuterie board. You can sit on the patio or enjoy a drink in the sculpture garden. It's right in the middle of the action at Balboa Park!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant. We come here for the Margarita's, the food, the staff and the great neighborhood vibe. If you have a party of 6 or more you can call before 2pm and reserve a table. They do get pretty busy so get there early or be prepared for a bit of a wait!

Probably the easiest beach to get to from our house. Coronado is a cute beach city with the famous Hotel Del and clean beaches.
