The most beautiful waterfalls and nature! It's a whole day trip, around 3h drive from Split, but totally worth it. We recommend to go as early as possible to avoid the crowds and make sure to book in advance!

Beautiful nature with waterfalls, like Plitvice but smaller, only 1h drive from Split. This is more of a half-day tour, but you can include visiting Šibenik or Primošten which are both close.

We're really trying to keep our guidebook up to date, especially the food section, as we know that's a huge part of the travelling experience and getting to know a new culture.
