Best Ice cream place in the region. If you're visiting Niagara on the Lake you can wind your way through Wine Country and stop at Avondale for an ice cream cone, sundae or other treat. They have swings for the kids and a nice parklike setting or you can eat inside. A Niagara tradition for years!

Clifton Hill has it all - wax museums, indoor mini putt, arcades, restaurants, souvenier shops and more. Eating here can be a bit pricey so be prepared to pay a bit more OR take a lunch in your backpack. A short jaunt down Ferry Street to Lundy's Lane will take you out of the tourist area where you'll find more reasonably priced food places including the typical fast food outlets, Swiss Chalet, Red Lobster, Mick and Angelos (Italian Eatery), The Syndicate, Johnny Roccos, Wind (Sushi) and many more.
