It's an upland forest in the outskirts of Nairobi. It's geographical location and natural resource is one one of the largest gazetted forest in the world within city limits. It's very scenic and relaxing,with lots of trees and soothing hiking trails. Great for biking trails too.

Free transport for residents to Nairobi national park sunday

KWS offers free transport for residents on Sundays at 12.45Pm from Downtown in front of Development house along Moi Avenue. Non residents pay 60USD which includes park fees,transport and 2.5hour tour at the park. You will need proof ID.
