The Sage Creek Grille was opened by Nancy Gellerman in 1999 and has been serving sustainable, local when possible, and always delicious meals ever since. Definitely worth a visit for lunch or dinner!

This is the third longest cave in the world and is administered by the National Park Service. I'd highly recommend the scenic tour which is moderately strenuous and lasts about 1 hour 20 minutes.
