This place is very near and dear to our hearts. You'll have a lovely experience, enjoy cocktails (real or mock) natural wine, wood fired pizza, (our favorite is the Funghi aka mushroom), menu changes daily.

The best! Visit our favorite store Dogtown Books (used & rare books) if you like this kind of thing. There's something for everyone, choose your own adventure. Also Mark Adrian Shoes is a fabulous shoe-store for classic styles, Passports is a great place for a great sandwich or salad, and glass of wine, Short & Main is our #1 restaurant for the best cocktails in town, wood-fired pizza, meatballs, oysters, menu changes daily. California-style. Also visit Cape Ann Museum, MAGMA Dance for a class, Cape Ann Power yoga for hot yoga, (again this is ALL downtown on Main Street...) Bookstore of Gloucester, CapeAnn COSMOS a local newsletter of cultural things to do. And so much more

Oldest art colony in the country! Visit the Cultural Center on Wonson Street for galleries that change monthly, and the home of the official 501c3 Rocky Neck Art Colony. Many galleries to peruse, and all mediums of art, mainly pottery and painting. Amidst boat marinas and very friendly people. Also visit the North Shore Arts Association a huge presenting location with many works of art, and frequently hosts writers talks
