Neighborhoods

A charmingly preserved slice of Old Florida, the historic Duckpond is a popular neighborhood for families and young professionals. Architecturally, the neighborhood features a variety of colonial historic style homes and Victorians. Old Florida charm, walkability, peace and quiet, and proximity to downtown are just a few of the qualities that make the Duckpond a desirable place to live. Lovingly maintained homes are situated along cozy streets shaded by live oaks.

Beautiful 68-acre botanical gardens. We have a great time going there to just walk around and take in the gardens. There is an amazing children's playground for a kid's break. Our kids also love the walking labyrinth. If you play Pokemon Go, there are a bunch of Pokestops and Gyms there.
