You can either enter by the entrance at the Visitor Center or any of the other entrances to the Park. You can drive the entire way through and then pull over at stops to see certain rock formations. They will provide a map when you pay for park entrance.

San Jacinto State Park. During your approximately 10 minute journey, tram cars rotate slowly, offering picturesque and spectacular vistas of the valley floor below. Once you reach the Mountain Station—elevation 8,516 feet—enjoy two restaurants, observation decks, natural history museum, two documentary theaters, gift shop and over 50 miles of hiking trails.
