This 4.5 km long beach is walking distance to our flat! It’s pebbly, not sandy. The entrance is free, but if you want you can hire sun-bed and umbrella as well. The parking lot is huge and the parking fee is reasonable.

This sandy beach is quite in the center of the city, just down the old town. You can use the nostalgic tram (the first stop is 5 minutes by walk from our flat) to reach here (get off at either Kalekapisi or Uckapilar stop) or you can go there by walk in 30 minutes (but not during sunny hours…). Keep in mind that there is an entrance fee ;)
