A modern take on Ireland’s classic fish and chips. My favourite fish and chips place in Dublin. The place is small but the wine list is extensive.

F.X. Buckley - they have a few places in town and the closest to here is on Parkgate St, which is on the way to Phoenix Park. Another one in Temple Bar if you’re exploring that area. You might need to book for this one though. Well known steak house that I highly recommend.

Asian Spots

I’m a big fan of Asian food especially the spicy ones. So I created this list of nice Asian spots in Dublin (not necessarily spicy, don’t worry)
One of my favourite bubble tea place in town. Maybe you don’t know what that is. But their chicken is one of the best. My boyfriend (who’s Irish) is addicted to their fried chicken steak and popcorn chicken. It’s by the Liffey so you have the option to sit on the Boardwalk or in the cafe.

Handmade dumplings are their signature but I’m not a big fan. Apart from that their menu is compact but classic with authentic Sichuan dishes. Highly recommend. If you know your Chinese food well (and if you speak English) make sure to tell them to note your table as Chinese so that the chef will make it in the authentic way.

Their signature is hand-pulled noodles. Don’t worry it doesn’t mean you have to eat them with hands, but the noodles are hand pulled by the chef instead of a machine. By default only the hand-pulled noodle soup with braised beef come with this type of noodles, but actually you can upgrade any noodle dishes to hand-pulled noodles. Make sure you try the sesame toasts, very very good. My boyfriend and I had to stop going to this place because we were having too many of them XD
