One of the highlights in the summer is Salida's FIBARK water festival! Full of water sports, competitions and a whole lot of fun and adventure, you'll want to be around for this annual event!

Ride a bike into Downtown Salida in the summer time!
Streets are closed off in Downtown Salida during the summer to create room to walk, run and play in the streets! Due to limited parking, highly recommend riding a bike or a skateboard into downtown.
What to pack
Bring a water bottle!
Colorado is dryyyyy and Salida is at 7,000+ ft above sea level; stay hydrated! You can fill up your water bottle for free at Natural Grocer!
