Neighborhoods

EaDo stands for East of Downtown. Over the years it's been through many phases which add to it's distinct character. Given it's close proximity to downtown, the last two decades have shown many renovations and an influx of residents making it one of the premier destinations to live or play in Houston. Navigation Blvd still has an old town charm. They've done a good job keeping the character of the neighborhood intact while making improvements. Clinton was an industrial road lined with warehouses (it was like that when I moved in 2009). Now you'll find many neighborhoods.

Ubers/Lyft are very convenient

Won’t be costly for central location
Getting around

Close to METRORail Stations

My house is a bike ride or drive (not on foot) to the Red and Green lines of the Houston METROrail if you want to use public transit to get around.
