Holt is one of my favourite places, a beautiful Norfolk town. Lots of restaurants, cafes, art galleries and boutique shops. A lovely place to wander round on your way to the coast.

Sightseeing
Sheringham has lovely shops to explore and a beautiful beach. You will find the famous North Norfolk railway line. Take a little trip on a steam train to Holt, whilst taking in the breathtaking views.

Wells next to the sea is a lovely place to visit. It has a busy little town to explore and amazing fish and chips. Why not take a walk along the harbour to the beautiful beach. It’s Close to Stiffkey, Blakeney and Holkham, all amazing places to visit. Approximately 40 minute drive from the Folly.

Wells next to the sea is a lovely place to visit. It has a busy little town to explore and amazing fish and chips. Why not take a walk along the harbour to the beautiful beach. It’s Close to Stiffkey, Blakeney and Holkham, all amazing places to visit. Approximately 40 minute drive from the Folly.
Cromer is probably the closest beach to us. It has a beautiful beach, lovely shops and cafes. Amazing fish and chips. Watch a show in the Theatre at the end of the Pier!

Getting around
Location
Due to the location of our property a car is essential. There are 2 bus stops which are a 10 minute walk away. In one direction it will take you to Norwich and if you go the other way then that will take you to Aylsham, Cromer, Sheringham and Holt. I don’t think they run that regular, maybe every hour. Taxis are an option if you wanted to head out for an evening meal with a few drinks. We also have a lovely pub 10 minutes walk away, The Fox Steakhouse.
