The original and first Primanti Bros. location is in my opinion, a must-visit place. The sandwiches are of legendary proportions (fries, slaw, protein all stacked between two bread slices) and delicious. Pair it with Pittsburgh's own Iron City beer and your living like a 'Burgher.

Walk through point state park and see up close the confluence of three rivers where the fountain—The Point—gets it name from. Also located on the grounds is the memorial to Fort Pitt, the location of a revolutionary war-era fort. Perfect for a stroll with a coffee.
