Jupiter is a Florida beach town on the East Coast of Florida!
Jupiter has such a special place in our hearts and unlike many other areas in Florida it still maintains its small town feel while being close to world renowned golfing establishments, the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic, and offering a fusion of high fashion and elegant dining. We are bringing the home town to you with some of the most loved local and tourist spots that our family enjoys.

House Rules & House Keeping Items for The W House Jupiter.
Our #1 Rule is to have an enjoyable stay with us!
This home is a little piece of us as your hosts and we welcome and appreciate you being here as our guests. I know you will treat it like home and we hope you feel like it is during your time at The W House Jupiter.
We know you chose this home based on location, features, and space. We do NOT however allow large gatherings, events, or larger groups of more than 8 guests on property during day time hours. Should this occur during your stay your reservation can be cancelled, you will have to vacate, and will NOT be refunded.
This is a peaceful place and oasis. We request that you be respectful of the surroundings neighbors and keep outdoor noise down during late evening hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please place ALL trash items in the proper Trash reciprocals. Do NOT leave trash in the garage or other areas outside of trash bins.
Rules and Regulations
Personal Belongings and Damages to the Home.
Property owner is not liable for any lost, stolen, or
damaged items items. It is best practice to secure doors
prior to leaving the home. Any damages to the home, property contents, and property area will be assessed to the guest(s).
Pet and Animal Policy
Pets/animals are ONLY permitted when arrangements have been made and approved by the Property Owners prior to booking. If a pet/animal is found on the property during your stay or once cleaning crew/manager arrive to the property after check out guest can be assessed and additional $175 cleaning fee, pet fee of $450, and additional fees if damages are found as a result.
If a pet/animal IS approved then a non-refundable $450 fee will be assessed prior booking. It is the guest(s) sole responsibility to monitor and be vigilant over the pet/animal throughout their entire stay. Property Owners will NOT be held liable for any damages incurred to the pet/animal or property (i.e. vet bills/accommodations/damages to home or property, etc.). Should any damages occur to the property that may require a deep cleaning a fee will be charged to the guest(s).
Use of Illegal Drugs, Alcohol Abuse, and Law
Enforcement
At NO time are illegal substances permitted in or on property. Should any drug paraphernalia or drugs be found on property guest(s) could be charged up to $1000 for a deep sanitizing cleaning and damages incurred to the property. Any drugs found can be reported to Law Enforcement.
NO underage drinking is permitted at all times.
Should the authorities be called to the home based on poor behavior, drugs, alcohol or endangerment of guest(s), property, or neighbors all guest(s) will immediately forfeit there total booking amount , may be assessed additional fees, and will need to vacate the premises immediately.
Any damages incurred to the home will be reported and fee(s) can be assessed.
Property Manager may stop by to check on guests and be sure their stay and accommodations are adequate.
Pool Rules
Property owner will NOT be held liable to injuries or accidents incurred at the home from guest(s).
Use pool at your own risk
We are not responsible for injuries
This is a private pool with no lifeguard
Anyone who does not know how to swim should not enter
Anyone under the age of 13 MUST have adult supervision at all times
NO pets/animals allowed in Pool
NO solo swimming
NO horse playing, running, boisterous, or rough playing in pool area
NO food or drinks allowed to be consumed in pool
NO glassware is permitted in and around the pool area
NO diving permitted
Pool is cleaned by pool company every Wednesday
Pool does not have a pool gate and it will not be provided.
Pool heater will remain at 80 degrees at all times during cooler months and will not be altered
