One of my other favorite breakfast restaurants, but go early because there is usually a wait since everyone loves it. There are a few locations around town, I'm not a big fan of the area that the Larimer location is at, but all the other ones are good.

This National Historic Landmark and Western Museum has been serving the finest in Old West fare since 1893. Beef steaks, buffalo prime rib, elk, salmon, quail, game hen, and baby-back pork ribs are just some of the marvelous offerings on the Buckhorn menu. Exotic appetizers such as alligator tail and buffalo sausage are available, and no dinner is complete without the house specialty, Rocky Mountain Oysters.

This is a block full of nice restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. You really can't go wrong with any spot, but a couple of my favorite places are- The Green Russell (speakeasy style lounge) The Crimson Room (dim lounge with live music) Corridor 44 (champagne bar) Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen (unique menu and cocktails) Osteria Marco (great Italian food) Tomayo (awesome upscale Mexican food)

This is a brand new high end bar that is very popular. The big secret is the exclusive speakeasy that is located on the backside of the building. There is no information available online for the speakeasy. You have to TEXT them at #720-925-8598 the day of. They will start responding after 3PM to confirm your reservation request or give you a time slot that is available. You have a better chance of getting in if it's not on the weekend. Amazing cocktails and service. When you walk to the back of the building you have to push the buzzer to the service entrance to be let in.
