Sightseeing

Stunning! There’s a reason (hundreds, really) it’s the number one visited national park in America. Just 22 miles from our property, you’ll feel like it’s a different world while traveling through the park. Must sees are Grand Prismatic Spring, the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River is the beginning of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone (easy hike down, hard hike up, SO worth it!!) and of course no trip to the park is complete without visiting Old Faithful and the Old Faithful Inn. Be prepared to be patient while traveling through the park, the buffalo can cause traffic jams!

Traveler advice

Customs and culture

BEAR (and moose) COUNTRY

Be wildlife aware! There are plenty of wild animals in the area, don’t end up in a viral video as the tourist who thought they could pet a moose and ends up being trampled. (Moose are cute, not friendly!) Keep your distance if you come across an animal in the wild.
