When parking around the city, please hide or take valuables. During and after the pandemic, street crime has escalated and car break ins have become the norm. Don't worry, the city is save. They just want to grab unattended valuables.
Getting around

Parking is tough in any city and San Francisco is no different. Please check and check again when parking in and around the city. If you are unsure, ask a friendly passer by. Most parking meters take credit cards and show posted parking times/price on their screens.
