Food scene

As one of the greatest craft beer cities in Canada, and for that matter North America, a visit to a local brewery is a must, and there is no better option than Strange Fellows Brewing in East Vancouver. Grab a flight of beer, a quick bite to eat, and just maybe you will happen to visit the brewery on one of their monthly events, which celebrate the Strange.

Few ski resorts in the world are as incredible as Whistler. We recommend spending at least 2 nights in Whistler. The drive up the Sea to Sky highway is out of this world on a clear day.

Traveler advice

Don't miss

Rent a bike and ride the sea-wall from downtown to Kits

Get yourself downtown, rent a bike from one of the bike shops at Denman and Georgia - we recommend Spokes - and enjoy a day riding around the sea wall and all the way to Kitsilano and beyond. Its a great way to see our lovely city and there are views at every turn.
