Getting around

Galveston Island Trolley System

Galveston has two Trolley loops that provide a great alternative to driving and finding parking. The fare is $1.00 (bring correct change!) One loop runs from Seawall to The Historic Strand, and the other runs down Seawall from Stewart Beach to Moody Gardens. Check their website for full information.
Don't miss

Galveston Duck Tours

This is not birdy watching! There is no more delightful way to be introduced to the Island than riding in one of these jolly yellow amphibious vehicles for an hour-long narrated tour. It boards at 25th and Seawall right next to Pleasure Pier. Check out Galveston Duck Tours dot com for full info and schedule.
