Great, reliable and consistently good food; however, avoid the Paella, Butternut squash soup and the vegan bowl. Paella is dry; don't let the effective romance copy sway you. The butternut squash soup is too sweet, and not in that sweet vegetable way, but more like a they-added-sugar way. As for the vegan bowl, it's a cross between eating freshly mowed grass and a cactus, minus the salt. Needless to say, I don't have a future as a food critic... or do I? Everything else El Dorado makes is delicious.

Located inside Cornerstone Gallery, this is a weekly, if not twice weekly visit for us. They make a beyond burger, really good fries and if you like a good fish sandwich, Folk Table has a fish sandwich that mic-drops all other fish sandwiches. This spot has been somewhat of a cursed spot and Folk Table has stuck around because they rock.
