Such a pretty spot very well know and very busy during the height of the season but always worth a visit. During the summer months, we would recommend getting the train from St Erth train station. It's a fun train journey very picturesque.

If you plan to spend time looking around the town, we would recommend you explore Chapel St where you will find The Egyptian House The building dates back to 1835 and it is thought that the architect was a John Foulston. Further down the street you will see The Admiral Benbow pub. Named after the 17th century Admiral John Benbow the pub is also famed for being in the opening scene of Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson. After a tipple in the pub walk further down the street and on your right hand side you will see a row of houses where you will see a blue plaque (no. 25) this was the house of Maria Branwell - the mother of of Charlotte, Anne, Emily and Branwell Bronte.

Mousehole was known as one of the centres of the Cornish fishing trade and is now a very popular holiday destination. It's very picturesque - it's small and parking is limited.
