Don’t over pack….
Don’t overpack. We provide towels, beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrellas, beach cart and beach toys . We have snacks in each condo and beverages to get you started before you get to the store. There are cards, games and toys. We want our home to become yours while on vacation. We have a play pack available if needed
What to pack
Bathing suit, water shoes, favorite hat, fishing gear
We have washer and dryer’s available to wash clothes. Bring you island wardrobe, lots of bathing suits and water shoes are recommended.
Getting around
Walking is a great way to get around
You can walk to many locations. Short driving distances to areas not in walking distance like Fort Pierce Downtown. Parking is mostly free.

Most of the dining has deals on the food and drinks during their specific “Happy Hour.” Square Grouper & Manatee Island are two great places to save money
Book before you go
Horse Back Riding on the Beach & boat rentals
My suggestion is to contact Tammy at +17723326360 to schedule horseback riding in the beach. She fills up fast. Also any boat rentals call and pre schedule. Charter Boats need reservations in advance

The locals are very friendly and people will greet you with “good morning” 👋while walking on the beach or the Jetty. Easy to approach if you have any questions.

You must stroll and catch all the local 🎵bands on the weekends at Archie’s, Square Grouper, Manatees and On the Edge.
The Farmers Market is on Wednesday and Saturdays. It is so unique that many travel from far away to purchase local products

Beach 🏖 Days
Very little expense and lots of new memories…🌊. Relax next the sea with beach towels , umbrella ⛱ and coolers which we provide. Use our beach carts to easy transition across the street, which is a short walk less than 2 minutes. 🐚 pick up shells! Make a sand castle. Flip flops 🩴a must sand gets hot at high noon.
