Sightseeing

The Rideau Canal stretches through the central veins of Ottawa, right by our house! It's a beautiful run, walk or drive any time of year. It transforms for winter months as the World's Longest Skating rink. Beavertails and hot chocolate stations are spread throughout the lengths of the rink. Access to the canal skating is free. Skates can be rented for a small fee at Kunstadt on Bank Street. See "Activities Listing"
