Fancy, French, Brunch, need I say more? Right on the Bloor Subway Line, book a table for brunch, get the pain au chocolat and thank me later. Thursday 4-8 come for $1 oysters and "cheap" champagne. Get off at Bay station, cross Bloor and head up the big stone steps.

Awesome Mexican spot in the Historic Distillery District. First come, first serve for the large patio, reservations can always be made for the equally large inside. Check out the shops and Mill St Brewery while your're there!

BEST RAMEN IN TORONTO. 5 different locations, this one's is closest. I love the chicken original, the chicken is big thick juicy white meat and the broth is the best I've had. Pork is also available.

Parks, beaches, walking and biking trails, everything you want from a weekend at the cottage, just a short ferry ride away. Catch the Ferry from The Ferry Docks for $9 roundtrip. You'll end up at one of 3 islands, don't worry they're all connected so you can walk to each. Keep in mind, Hanlan's point is Toronto's Nude beach! Ferries run about every 15 minutes or so in the warm seasons and infrequently during the winter.
