Pllek Amsterdam is perfect to meet up with friends for drinks or a easy meal. It’s easy to get to Pllek Amsterdam North, just take the ferry from Amsterdam Central Station to the NDSM wharf and you’re there in 15 minutes. Pllek Amsterdam is made of an old warehouse and shipping containers. Completed with tons of sand, beach chairs and picnic tables it is nice to have a beer in the sun or catch up over coffee. Every Sunday afternoon there’s live music! Also other cool activities like yoga and massages on the beach. Nice view

Pacific Parc is a cool alternative local hangout away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. They serve dinner most evenings and on weekends there are DJ's and occasional live bands. On sunny days they also have the biggest terrace in the Westerpark.

The 9 Streets is the collective name for the nine picturesque shopping streets. Not only do you find the most beautiful items, the best sandwiches and menus, but also a beautiful look in the centuries-old Amsterdam canal belt.
