IMHO best Indian restaurant - staff are close to my heart and have been since their boss opened the restaurant. What other Indian restaurant would share their Eid meal with you! Can get busy - especially week-ends.

Farm shop, Pick-your-own and café. Walk along the coastal path to the T junction, up the road past the PYO and back along the main road for 100 yds. You have earned a great big Welsh breakfast. While you are there pick some strawberries or a nice steak.

Get yourself some ribs and a steak - every man needs them (unless you are vegan). Good honest grub, no need to dress up - get the picture! Also good for a group of you - their beer is great (IMHO) as are their coffees.

According to Sally "just fabulous food", great range of vegetarian and vegan, though for me it is a great place for breakfasts. They also do comedy nights, live music and an eclectic mix of drinks and snacks

Another restaurant with a good selection. Its quite a way, but we seem to go there often, so it must be good. Try their fish and chips (great chips). Phone to book first though.

Don't bother with the pub, go upstairs to the Thai: their seafood offerings are the best I've had outside of Thai Rice on Portobello Road. It's also where the Thai people go to eat. (A bit far, but worth it).

Where else have you seen a complete iron age village - check it out on-line, it blew away a teacher friend from Birmingham who wanted some info for her pupils. It also has a burial stone and an ancient church, and is near good beaches and to Moelfre with fish&chip shop and café.

Great walks - go to Aber point and collect some mussels, you can almost touch the mountains from there. Bird watching, but be careful to follow the tracks AROUND the bay as you might get caught by the tide if you cross it at the wrong time (not that anyone has been, but best to be careful).

This hidden gem of a castle is only accessible by boardwalks and stairs put up by the local people. It had been hidden for centuries until quite recently. It is near a wonderful coastline with free parking a short walk away.
