There are so many things to do in the Royal Gorge Region, from hiking and biking the amazing trails to scaling the walls of the Royal Gorge. For those less adventurous, check out the Fremont Center for the Arts or the Museum of Colorado Prisons.
If you want challenge yourself to try a new adventure, this is for you! I had never climbed before and have now done every trail of the Royal Gorge Via Ferrata. It's a safe and guided climbing experience that makes you feel like you can conquer anything! Ages 10 and up.

Yum!! If you like Indian Food, check out Nirvana Culinary Paradise on Main Street in Canon City. From butter chicken to Vindaloo, they will make is as spicy as you want. I personally recommend the Chana Masala.

I love all the sushi dishes at Ito's and the ramen is enough for 2 people or 2 meals. Check out all the autographed photos of Robert Redford on the walls. He ate here frequently while in town filming a movie. If it's good enough for a Californa boy....
