Traveler advice
Getting around
Uber is the easiest and quickest way around.
At night just take a cheap Uber. Dont try to park. During week and during day you are fine, but cost of parking is more than uber.
Ways to save
Eat outside the tourist areas
Go a little further away from Riverstreet etc and enjoy very affordable food.
Customs and culture
Everyone is friendly.
People are very friendly and cordial. They start conversations easily, even if they look a little rough around the edges, its part of Savannah's charm.
